Fresh Ora King Salmon from the Marlborough Sound at the top of the south island of  New Zealand is famous for producing the “King Chinook Salmon”. With its high oil content, there is a pleasing richness delivered to the pallete, without it being overpowering.  As with all our salmon portions, they are freshly cut every morning from whole King salmon.
